May software Updates

Ever wanted to say "But wait...there's more!" and offer your buyers lucrative up-sells and extras like guidebooks or souvenir t-shirts? Well now you can with the new Product Module! As part of our on-going effort to bring you the very latest tools to help increase ticket sales, we’re excited to announce the following software updates.

Introducing "Products"

Whether you sell "duck" whistles, guidebooks or souvenirs, you'll love the introduction of our new Products Module. Add your product items, a price and description, and they will be offered for sale on the ticket selection page. We've included all sales data in multiple locations: Sales Report, Guest List, and the new Products Order History.

What's even better, no product sales are counted against your ticket allotment. This is a beta offering, so if you're interested in adding product sales, contact us.

Faster, Simpler Order Search for All Browsers

We have overhauled the Orders page to provide lightning fast order searching using the familiar format in a cleaner look. What's more, it works in all browsers

Shipping Address Info in Daily Sales Report

At times, customers may choose to have their tickets sent via regular mail, but they failed to complete the shipping address fields. Now, the billing address will be automatically copied into the Shipping Address fields on the Daily Sales Report to make mail merges for ticket shipping faster and easier!

Ticket Types Sorted by Price

By popular request, we are now sorting ticket types by price from most expensive to least expensive when displayed to the customer.

Thermal Tickets Sorted by Seat

For Reserved Seating events, tickets printed to a thermal ticket printer are now sorted by Section and Row prior to printing.

As always, if you have any questions regarding these updates please visit our support forum or take a look at our how-to guides.

Thank you for making ThunderTix your choice in event ticketing.

Sincerely,
The ThunderTix Team
