New Coupon: Percentage Reduction on Single Tickets
With a range of ticket prices, providing a percentage off the full order didn't accommodate everyone. Now, you may create coupons that provide your percentage discounts off the price of a single ticket. That one's for you, Jennifer!

Improved Reconciliation Report
One of our Boston based venues had a request: allow her to access a reconciliation report of daily sales for a month at a time. And one of the gals in Hot Springs felt it would be a great improvement if she could search by both date and time. Lastly, one of the guys in Hawaii suggested we base the search on his own time zone. Today, we've made at least three people happy!
Large Barcode Reports
You can now download even the largest reports containing barcodes scanned. The largest of the reports will be provided via an emailed link.
Time Zones Ready!
- To check your if your account time zone is correct:
- Please login.
- Go to My Account (now in the upper right corner of the page)
- Click on your venue name and select the proper time zone under Public Event Display
- Check and update your event times. This includes: activation, expiration, pres-sale, and post-sale times. Ensure the times listed are correct for your time zone.
