ThunderTix June Improvements

In our continued efforts to improve ThunderTix, we are making rolling updates and system changes weekly. Below is a short list improvements made at the end of June.

June 30, 11:00 p.m.

Broken Email Link

Bugfix: The email confirmations always include an attached ticket for which we've experienced no problems, and customers have been able to print all tickets at home. However, in yesterday's update we inadvertently broke the link to the same PDF tickets. Thanks, Sandy, for alerting us! This has been corrected.

June 22, 1:00 p.m.

Multi-Page Event Listings

With many of our venues having 50 or more events loading on a single page, the load time could be excessive. We are now "paginating" results by placing the next 12 events on a page and providing links to the next 12 results, and so on. This will vastly improve the load time of those pages which is particularly important for iFrames where we don't want your customers to wait for the listing.

Print Date on Guest List

Bugfix: When a box office admin or customer printed directly from the "Thank you" page after placing an order, the "print date" was not always toggling to show it was printed on the Guest List. This has been fixed.

June 18, 8:00 p.m.

Display All Shipping Types and Order Totals

Our idea of removing the total amount display (if the final total was $0) wasn't as well received as we expected. Poof! That idea is out the window, and all totals--including shipping totals--are back!

Display "Replacement Text" in Confirmation Emails

For those of you who use "replacement text" in place of the "event date", you can now be assured of seeing the same information in the email confirmations.
