Each confirmation email includes the event details (date, time, and a Google Map link). You can add tailored messages—like parking info, venue policies, or event-specific updates—at the top and bottom of the receipt. Prefer a simpler approach? Set a standard template once and apply it across all events.

Promote Upcoming Events

Use your receipts as a built-in marketing opportunity. Automatically feature up to three upcoming shows with images and direct purchase links. Capture excitement at the moment of purchase—when customers are most engaged—and inspire additional sales.

By default, the three events included in the receipt are chosen at random. However, you can take it a step further: inside each event’s settings, you have the option to select specific events you’d like to feature. This allows you to guide customers toward performances that are similar in genre, style, or audience appeal to the event they just purchased.

For example, a patron who just bought tickets to a jazz concert might be shown other jazz performances on your calendar, increasing the likelihood of additional purchases. With this targeted approach, your email receipts act like a virtual marquee—raising awareness and driving incremental sales with no extra effort.

Track Delivery and Engagement

ThunderTix provides detailed email delivery statistics—see when a receipt is delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, or marked as spam. Quickly resend confirmations, fix email errors, or allow customers to self-serve by resending their own receipts.

Ensure Accurate Delivery

Add optional email validation at checkout to catch typos (like @gmial.com) before they cause problems. This ensures tickets land safely in your customer’s inbox the first time.

Digital Tickets Included

Every email receipt includes print-at-home electronic tickets as both a link and an attachment. This saves on printing costs, while still giving you the option of offering souvenir thermal tickets when desired.

For even more convenience, each email also contains embedded QR codes that can be scanned directly from the receipt—no printing required. Customers can simply open the email on their phone and present it at the door.

Additionally, tickets can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, making them easy to retrieve on the day of the event. Whether your patrons prefer paper, mobile QR codes, or digital wallet tickets, ThunderTix offers flexible delivery options to ensure smooth entry and a better customer experience.

Built-In Social Sharing

Encourage word-of-mouth sales with one-click social sharing. Customers can share their purchase to Facebook or X (Twitter), spreading excitement and helping you sell more tickets—often to entirely new audiences.

When a customer completes an online order, a modal appears with the message: “Events are more fun with friends.” From there, they can instantly share their purchase.

  • On X (Twitter): A pre-written post is automatically generated with a direct link to the exact event and performance they just purchased. Customers can edit the text before posting, but the link makes it effortless for friends to join them at the same date and time.

  • On Facebook: A share window opens with the event details already included, making it simple to invite friends and spread the word.

This seamless process turns each ticket buyer into a promoter, amplifying awareness and sales with minimal effort from your team.
