First, let's be clear: we don't believe in fine print.

We believe that the current economy is tough enough without imposing per-ticket fees, long term contracts, or setup fees on our clients. Members sign up for flat payment monthly service. Optional upgrades are available for a slightly higher rate for those venues wishing to take advantage of these extra features.

If you want to add convenience or other fees to your ticket prices, we welcome it. And we want you to keep every penny of the proceeds. Regardless of our ticket price, we do not take any portion.

If you are not completely satisfied with ThunderTix, you may close your account without penalty, and we'll even keep your data available another 30 days with full export capability including your customer data.

If within 30 days of beginning your membership service with ThunderTix, you feel the software isn't just the right fit, and you have not sold any tickets, we'll happily refund your first month's membership fee. No penalties. No fine print.
