Since discovering ThunderTix, our sales have steadily climbed, and in ThunderTix staff we could not have a better partner in realizing our potential. Our event management control panel is incredibly user-friendly, and when we need support or additional features, they respond quickly to questions or specific customization requests.

Our company sells in several hotels and kiosks throughout the city of Boston. With Thundertix, we are now tracking our ticket sales by both ticket agent and sales location. Their prices are very reasonable, and our customers never pay a per-ticket fee.

Texas House of Rock

Thunder Tix has been very beneficial to House of Rock since the day we started selling tickets. The system is easy to use and has a very efficient back end. Thunder Tix allows us to sell several ticket types to the same event and to multiple events at a time. From a customer stand point, it is also very easy to use and very efficient. I have been in the music industry for 15+ years and am very happy with the Thunder Tix set up. If you are a music venue or event center, it will be to your benefit to utilize the Thunder Tix system.

Elden Street Players

Two years ago, when the Elden Street Players decided to find an online ticketing solution, we looked at all the different vendors out there. They all make their money adding on fees and even though it costs the organization very little, the patron, our customer, could incur additional costs we could not control. We claim to make good theater available for reasonable prices so we did not want to lose control of the total ticket price. Thundertix is the only vendor we found allowed us to pay a fixed fee and only add fees as we see fit. If we decide to charge fees, it will be on our terms and our rate schedule. The program itself is a wonderful third party solution for a small community theater. We gave Thundertix some really tricky problems to solve (season ticket holders that could reserve for any performance date when ticket sales started) and they worked with us to develop some very clever solutions. They have been responsive and great to work with and most importantly they are an affordable solution for a small all-volunteer, not-for-profit theater company.

We continue to be very pleased, especially with your quick response. You have exceeded our expectations. We think that we have picked up sales by being able to offer secure online purchases. You have continued to enhance it almost daily. It is fun to see what is new today. I would be glad to recommend to any theater contemplating your service.

We've been using Thundertix for a few years now, and have been quite happy with it. I spent hours researching different ticketing options, and found Thundertix to be the most versatile for the money. The staff is very responsive and helpful - we receive excellent support. There are some features that we wish could be included, but the Thundertix tech staff are always updating the system and if the feature isn't included, it can usually be purchased as an add-on.

Overall, a great solution - we run up to 14 different shows a week and are able to change, update, add or delete whenever we need to. I would recommend them!

We began using ThunderTix four years ago in looking for a cost effective way of doing online ticketing for our event. After months of searching only to find the excessive costs per ticket with other vendors I placed a call to ThunderTix. To my surprise and complete satisfaction ThunderTix allowed us to keep our Free event....Free. With the yearly plan and no per ticket transactions we have been overwhelmingly happy.

After this great success we integrated both the online donation and shopping cart features. Both of these have helped our ministry continue to grow and become more self supportive each year. From custom programming to site integration they have met every challenge we have given to them and exceeded our expectations.

We are a strictly volunteer based organization. Naturally, my first priority was to thoroughly learn the box office process. That process was manually intensive and utilized a voicemail and email based system to process ticket orders from patrons. We needed to make it easier for both the patrons and for the volunteers working the box office.

As a non-profit organization with a limited budget, it is imperative that we spend intelligently. The new system needed to have low start-up costs, be user friendly and offer a full spectrum of options. When I found Thundertix, I was thoroughly impressed with their service offering. Thundertix online ticket system is extremely user friendly and has a low initial start-up cost and low monthly fees. And equally important, there are no per-ticket fees forced upon our patrons by Thundertix. It is a very robust system offering all the "bells and whistles". They even integrate the look and feel of your website so patrons are unlikely to even know they've left your website in order to process a ticket order. Not only do they offer a great system but they back that up with an extremely responsive support staff. They were quick to respond and correct any issues I encountered. And lastly, they keep and open mind and listen to your ideas for improvements. I appreciate that a great deal.

Our patrons love the new system. They appreciate the ability to go online, process their request and obtain tickets immediately. They no longer have to wait for the box office volunteer to call them back to confirm their request. More and more patrons are now using the system. I highly recommend this system.

Yankee Capts Fishing

As a company that has roots in both Gloucester and New Bedford Massachusetts and in Key West Florida, The Yankee Capts has a very widespread customer base, all hoping to be the first to reserve a spot on their trip of choice. Opening Day for our Key West Season is infamous for a heavy volume of calls from all over the country, people trying to be the first to get their choice of what they consider to be the best fishing positions available on the boat.

Thunderdata systems was able to combine all the features we requested to easily accommodate our clients, both online and for over-the-phone reservations. Having online reservations as an option to our customers cut down on the number of incoming calls, making opening day far less stressful for our employees. The system is easy for our customers to use and understand, no matter what their level of internet familiarity may be.
