Upgrades Description
Branded PDF Tickets Customize your tickets by incorporating graphics, logos, or coupon images. Promote upcoming events, and generate additional revenue by selling advertisement and sponsorship opportunities. Learn More.
Donations If you ask, you just might receive. With this module, customers can add a donation to their tickets or season subscription purchases. Donation amounts are flexible. The key to this module's success is that it effectively reaches customers while they are ready to spend money. Virtually every venue that has added this module has collected more in donations than the small monthly subscription price.
Season Ticket Packages Set predefined dates as part of your season package, as well as a flexible, open package that allows your customers to dynamically select the dates to the events of their preference.
Online Coupons Encourage ticket sales by offering your customers discount incentives. Customers enter a predefined coupon code during the checkout process and see the discount applied.
Thermal Ticket Printing Print directly to your box office's thermal ticket printers. Compatible with all major industry leaders: Boca, DataMax, and Practical Automation.
Barcode Scanning Help prevent fraud by scanning barcodes from PDF and thermal tickets. ThunderTix verifies barcode validity and identifies duplicate or invalid tickets. The scanning module is ideal for both single and multiple points of entry.
Commissions Tracking Create easy to manage incentive programs for your commissioned sales agents, and track sales based on the event and ticket types sold. Also included is the ability to create users with access to sell tickets at predetermined discount prices. (i.e Hotel concierge users sell tickets at $5.00 bellow the public price.)
Outlet Location Tracking The outlet tracking module requires sales agents to select the current location they are selling tickets from that day, before allowing any orders to be processed. The outlet is tracked and tied to each order sold allowing you to monitor sales at ticket outlets and box offices.

1 Credit card processing requires both a merchant account & Authorize.net gateway. All ticket proceeds are directly deposited to your business bank account. ThunderTix applies for and processes both the merchant account and Authoriz.net gateway as a part of account setup.
2 Your events and ticketing checkout includes a website template branded with your own web design. Your customers will have confidence that they are buying through you, not a third party.
3 Seating Layouts are available in several styles from theaters, "Seating in the Round", Tables, and even Booths. You submit us the seating chart and we set it up with your exact seat labeling. Seating chart setup fees are $275 for charts under 450 seats and are charged at $0.60 per seat for all charts over 450.
