ThunderTix performing arts ticketing software offers the easiest way to create and manage events with multiple performances. Within minutes of creating your first event, the entire season is ready for online sales. With both online and box office management, staff can process ticket orders over the phone and at the door.

Our patron management shows you who added a donation at the checkout page, how many season tickets were purchased, and provides access and ownership of your own patron data including all patron emails. All reports are available via Excel download, and daily sales information is tallied nightly.

We charge no per ticket fees for our service because we firmly believe that the decision should be left up to you. Instead, ThunderTix is offered as an affordable and flat monthly license. Should you choose to charge a fee per ticket or per order, you keep 100% of the additional revenue generated. Lower fees, or no fees, help raise donations since patrons are not faced with mounting costs. The ability to accept and collect donations is included for all theater ticketing service licenses. Also included for all theaters and performing arts centers is a print-at-home PDF ticket.

Pricing is based on total amount of tickets sold annually. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly as ticket usage increases for the current year. Renewal licenses will be based on the prior year’s total tickets sold.
