Open Season Ticket Package
The ThunderTix Open Season Ticket Package allows your patrons to dynamically choose the events of their preference, and custom build their season ticket package. This season ticket option will help reduce ticket exchanges and customer service overhead.
Customer chooses all dates at the time of purchase.
Defined Package
This type of season ticket option provides the ability to create a season package, with predefined events, dates, and times. For example, create a defined package where the season subscriber buys the “Opening Night Package” in which they get tickets to the first performance of each productions included in the package.
Dates are pre-selected in the package
Flex Pass Season Package
In many cases, it is difficult for your patrons to plan an entire season ahead of time. Flex Pass Season tickets provide you patrons with the flexibility of not having to choose all of their event dates ahead of time, and will help reduce the number of calls requesting date changes or refunds.
Customer purchases Flex Pass and receives Coupon Codes.
When a season ticket is purchased, your patrons will receive a coupon code that can be redeemed for each of the events included in your season. The quantity of coupon codes received will be equal to the quantity of season tickets purchased. Coupon Codes can only be redeemed once per designated event, and will not be valid if attempted to use multiple times for the same date.
Customer redeems coupon codes as the shows are made available.
