Manual Coupons
Manual coupons offer the flexibility of creating a custom coupon code, as well as specifying the value, and amount of times the coupon is valid. Increase your venue’s advanced tickets by advertising coupon codes in various media outlets such as radio, newspaper, and social networks. The amount of coupon codes received will be equal to the amount of regularly priced tickets purchased. A coupon code can be redeemed an equal number of times to the quantity of tickets purchased.
Import Coupons
With the growth of “daily deal” sites like Living Social and Groupon, we’ve had a lot of requests for easy integration of your coupons. When a customer buys from one of the daily deal websites like GroupOn, they are assigned a unique code for every GroupOn they purchased. GroupOn will provide the business owner a spreadsheet of all purchases, customers, and codes when the GroupOn sale is over.
Our new bulk import tool allows you to take the csv file you receive and create hundreds or thousands of “coupons” into the ThunderTix coupon module. For recurring events or tours, customers can go to the venue website, choose their desired date/time, and redeem their GroupOn code by entering it on the final checkout page for the discounted value. The function works for all daily deal websites that provide the customer a unique code from their purchase.

Upload a list of season subscribers and corresponding codes for redemption at the assigned events throughout the season. Automatic Coupons
Automatically generated coupons have a face value of 100% off the purchase price of a future event. Automatic coupons are generated any time a ticket is purchased for a designated event. Your customers will receive a coupon code redeemable for a future designated event(s). The amount of coupon codes received will be equal to the amount of regularly priced tickets purchased.
Automatic coupons can effectively be used to create Flex Season Passes.
