Print at Home PDF Tickets
Customers can print their PDF ticket right at the time their order is approved or after they receive an email confirmation with the “Print at Home” PDF ticket as an attachment. Every PDF ticket has a unique bar code and corresponding bar code ID which are generated at the time of purchase. The Branded PDF allows for ticket customization by incorporating logos, graphics, or coupons. Promote upcoming events and generate additional revenue by selling advertisement and sponsorship opportunities to local area vendors.
Barcoded Ticket Scanning
Prevent ticket fraud and duplication by scanning barcodes from PDF and/or thermal tickets. Bar code Scanning is real-time enabling several scanners and multiple gates, or points of entry. Bar codes are verified for the event and return a response regarding barcode validity. For duplicate tickets, the staff member scanning sees a ”DUPLICATE” message with the initial time stamp that it was first scanned, along with the original ticket buyer’s name and Order ID.
Complete Customer Database
Your customers, Your customer data. ThunderTix maintains a customer database of all patrons that have purchased an event ticket from your venue. The database is search-able by name, email, address, and phone. All data can be exported to Excel at any time, including customer emails. All customer information is maintained by unique email addresses to prevent duplicate records and is editable.

Sell tickets right on your Facebook Page. Add links to YouTube and SoundCloud for the band you’ve booked to perform. You’ll sell more tickets if your customers get a taste of the upcoming event. Link to a Facebook event Page so customers can see if their friends are attending. Add links to the artist’s website and/or Twitter account. Even share a Yelp review of an ongoing event.
Accept Donations Online
Online Donations provide needed capital for many venues, especially theaters, and patrons are provided the opportunity to add donations at the time of ticket purchase. Personalized messages allow you to tailor the donation request for each performance and let your patrons know exactly where their funds will be spent.
Dynamic Sales Reports
Event Sales Reports offer venue managers the ability to customize reporting for a single event or a group of events by filtering the report to only include desired information. Date range selectors refine report data and yield important financial data such as total sales made within the box office against public purchases as well as a breakdown by cash or credit card type. All reports are exportable to Excel.
Online Coupons & Discounts
Encourage ticket sales by offering your customers discounts. Create Coupon Codes with a specified discount on a given event. Decide how many times the coupon can be redeemed. Customers enter a predefined coupon code during the checkout process and see the discount applied immediately off the cost of the ticket value.
Season Ticket Packages
Season subscribers can be managed in 3 different types of Season Ticket Packages. 1. Allow your customers the flexibility to dynamically select a date for each of the events included in the package prior to the season. 2. Set a predefined date for each production prior to the season. 3. Sell a subscription in the pre-season that issues each subscriber a coupon code to redeem once per production as the events draw near.
Thermal Ticket Integration
Print directly to your box office’s thermal ticket printers. Every hard ticket automatically includes all event information, a unique bar code, and the venue address and phone number. Compatible with all major industry leaders: Boca, DataMax, and Practical Automation. Formatted for a 5.5″ x 2″ ticket with a 1″ stub. Custom thermal ticket layouts are available upon request for a one time set-up fee.
Box Office & POS Management
Rapidly processing orders is vital to getting patrons to their seats, and using our online point of sale interface, you can quickly process ticket purchases. All sales whether through the box office or via at-home purchases are fully integrated into each report. Credit Card swipe integration is available for even faster processing at the window.
